praduga	Sesuatu yang oleh hukum atau pengadilan dianggap benar kecuali terbukti sebaliknya. Misalnya, praduga tak bersalah, yaitu terdakwa diasumsikan tidak bersalah sampai terbukti bersalah.	presumption	Something that the law or court assumes unless proven otherwise. The classic example is the presumption of innocence – that is, that the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
