Mahkamah Agung	Mahkamah Agung berada di atas keempat cabang peradilan Indonesia: pengadilan umum, tata usaha negara, agama dan militer. Mahkamah Agung adalah pengadilan kasasi dan dapat memutuskan sengketa tentang wewenang mengadili. Mahkamah Agung sering disebut ‘Supreme Court’ tetapi istilah tersebut dapat menyesatkan terutama bagi yang memahami ‘High Court’ sebagai pengadilan tertinggi (sebagaimana di Australia).	Indonesia’s highest court	The Mahkamah Agung is at the pinnacle of the four branches of Indonesia’s judicature: the general, administrative, religious and military courts. It is a court of cassation. The Court also settles jurisdictional disputes. The Mahkamah Agung is often referred to as ‘Supreme Court’, but this can be misleading, particularly for those who understand ‘High Court’ to be the highest court in the land (as it is in Australia).
