Herziene Indonesisch Reglement (HIR)	Warisan pemerintahan kolonial Belanda, yang pada saat itu hanya berlaku untuk orang Indonesia (pribumi) di Jawa dan Madura tetapi sekarang sering diterapkan di tempat lain. Namun untuk hal tertentu yang tidak diatur di situ, sekarang digunakan juga Rbg (Reglement Buitengewesten), yang pada zaman kolonial merupakan hukum acara perdata untuk pribumi di luar Jawa dan Madura, serta Rv (Reglement op de Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering), yang pada masa itu berlaku bagi orang ‘Eropa’ dan ‘Timur Asing’ yang berada di Indonesia.	Code of Civil Procedure	An inherited colonial statute applicable to ‘native’ Indonesians and only valid in Java and Madura but now often applied more widely. For matters not covered in the HIR, the colonial Rbg, (Reglement Buitengewesten) is used. In the colonial period, the Rbg was the civil procedure statute applicable to ‘native’ Indonesians outside Java and Madura. The Rv (Reglement op de Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering) is also used for matters not covered in the HIR. In the colonial period it applied to ‘Europeans’ and ‘Foreign Orientals’ in Indonesia.
