biaya perkara	Biaya perkara dan administrasi yang harus dibayar kepada pengadilan. Biasanya hakim akan menyatakan pihak mana yang harus membayar biaya perkara. Di Indonesia biaya perkara biasanya tidak mahal dan tidak termasuk biaya pengacara. Biaya pengacara biasanya ditanggung pihak yang mempekerjakan atau diwakili pengacara tersebut.	court fees	Official leges (statutory fees) and administrative costs that must be paid to the court for expenses incurred during the case. The judge will normally declare which party must pay the official court fees. In Indonesia, the statutory fees are usually quite low and do not include legal fees. Legal fees are usually borne by the party that incurred them.
